Actually, with discount airlines like frontier, allegiant, and spirit, they do tend too drop prices significantly much closer to the date of the flight but which flight day/time and when they do it can be unreliable.

With the allegiant website, you have to get pretty far into it before you see those fees. with other airline's websites, the fees are clearer at an earlier stage in the booking process. however, i think the rule is now that you have 24 hours to cancel with no penalty for every airline. Well, i posted this in the october thread since that is when i could be going (pending heat & health), but allegiant airlines now has a military discount called the honors program. valid id for retired, active, spouse, etc. needs to be verified in person at the airport. discounts include three. Does anyone know when allegiant realeases their next set of dates? right now they are only taking reservations up until august 16,th. According to the airlines (allegiant and airtran) that our flights are booked with, you need to show a birth certificate for anyone under 18. according to tsa's website, "children are not required to show identification".
