Tbs has not, to the best of my knowledge, archived or retained any of the old night tracks programming, as a recent inquiry found out they no longer have any night tracks product in the company's library.

Night tracks was an american television series which ran from 1983 to 1992 on superstation wtbs (later known as tbs superstation) on late night weekends. it premiered on june 3, 1983 and the first music video aired was "family man" by hall & oates, from their h2o album. This person worked at tbs (cable channel) and managed to save the original master tapes from this special that aired on tbs called night tracks, basically a collection of video from artists. we have seen it before the original promo of close to you. Up into september '89 shows would consist of two 3 hour music video blocks that would be reversed from friday to saturday night. as show entered the 1990's these video blocks would be cut down and or eliminated to show a random movie.
