A Map Shitpost Thread | Page 54 | Alternatehistory.com Oh, and what base map did you use for this? it looks sorta familiar. it looks to be the victoria ii province map. With my historica project now over 1000 posts in length, i decided it would be an appropriate time to create a thread for stuff related to it. this thread is dedicated to showcasing maps (not the ones from the game, more like actual in universe maps), photos, and graphics from the historica map.

It ended up becoming more of a bog standard fallout 1 era map, but i'm pretty happy with how it came out. one thing i'm not entirely happy with is how the topography came out. if anyone has any recommendations to spruce this up going forward, let me know. It was a map where someone had drawn in wildly wrong flags to fill in a map of europe. most posts would lie and claim their kid or partner did it, others claimed the map was made by some troll trying to trigger people (which feels more likely). A map shitpost is a map that is intended to be a) poor in quality and b) humorous in character. this is not a thread for works in progress or old work that you don't like anymore; don't try fishing for complements here. I noticed that there wasn't a thread for maps based off of just existing objects. the alternate planets, suns, stars, and solar systems thread is mostly oc content and the map threads are congested and hard to navigate.
