Windchill PDMLink Software Reviews, Demo & Pricing - 2024 Accessing .paper files from desktop app (windows and linux) i have dropbox installed on both my windows pc as well as on my linux notebook. i am looking for the .paper files but cannot seem to find them anywhere. the only place i can access them is through the browser or on the mobile app. can i access them through my file system?. Accessing files in the dropbox folder is extremely slow due to updates not cleaning up the registry the longer the you have dropbox installed the worse the issue will get. it doesn't clean up keys linked to its previous version, so every query loops through leftover keys that are useless or non existent. Dropbox doesn't have the ability to password protect files. the link to the file can have a password, but you would have had to enter it to download the file. if the sender told you that the zip file is password protected, you'll need to download the file and open it on your computer. whatever software you use for opening a zip file should prompt you for the password.
