Just wanted to see whether anyone had any issues with pelican parts or worked with their customer service. i received my package today to replace my cooling system and they have sent me the wrong part. I don't like ordering parts online, from any parts house. i would always much rather call the order in, and talk to someone directly, that way there's much less chance for error.
