The launch of the called to be campaign provided the opportunity for julia farr, executive director of the georgetown university alumni association (guaa), and guaa president kelly mulvoy mangan to sit down with bart moore, vice president of georgetown’s office of advancement, to discuss the university’s mission and priorities.

The renovation of the booth family center for special collections was one of the library’s primary goals as part of for generations to come: the campaign for georgetown. the project began in spring 2014 and the new center opened in march 2015. Today, it animates our $3 billion campaign ambition, calling us to invest in areas of great strength for georgetown—and even greater opportunity. we will ensure our student community thrives .
