Just came here to say ups is the worst shipping service by far. every time i order through ups the packages have a 30 40% chance to not arrive. it’s always, and i mean always late. i’ve had them deliver out of state, while “customer service” aka a robot tells me it’s been shipped to my home and confirms the address.

I have a small but very important package (ups ground) shipping from nyc to california. the package was scanned into the sorting facility on friday, with estimated delivery of next wednesday. a few hours later it says delayed and delivery date would be updated as soon as possible. no updates over the weekend and now it’s tuesday. called customer and they said the package is in manhattan. I was shipping (2) different packages to the same place, but accidentally printed out the same label for both packages. these were pre paid labels…. But it still says label created ups does not have the item. and this has been since the 7th today is the 11th which on my tracking app said that that was the estimate for the delivery day but on the ups site itself they're saying that they will update a delivery date when they get the item.
