Virtual desktop is the top choice for high quality quest 3 streaming right now. steam link is garbage because of the foveated encoding it uses. air link is fine for the quest 2 yet isn't updated for the q3 so it can't do 120hz and doesn't have as high a render resolution setting as godlike in vd.
