Missouri city, texas (february 29, 2024) missouri city brought the community together through education and art during black history month! the city, in partnership with the edison arts foundation, hosted seven events throughout february. authors, artists, and wine exhibit; jazz night out; master dance class; trip to the piano lesson stage play. In honor of black history month, edison arts foundation has curated an outstanding evening showcase featuring a variety of houston dance companies, studios, schools, and local artists for the purpose of uniting, celebrating each other, and using the art of dance as icebreakers for deeper conversations.
