The elitefts stuff i’ve seen in a commercial gym appeared to be pretty heavy duty, more robust than what i have. maybe rogue makes a similar quality level and i’m just not aware. rogue has the monster line. the williams strength racks are nicer though. rae crowther is the best, but all of this is outside of paul's budget. I have the elitefts econo single prong and yes, it is 4" thick. it feels solid and sturdy and i haven't had any reason to buy another 4" belt, so i don't think it's a bad choice.

I'm looking for decent resistance bands mainly for shoulder rehab work, such as pull aparts. any recommendations? amazon returns a load of garbage and untrustworthy compensated reviews. . . . I'd suggest buying your own spring clamps and over a few days forcing them closed with a brace between the handles; this may gain enough tightness for you not to worry. alternatively, there are inexpensive clamps with rubber padding inside.
