Book Launch Campaign Plan | PDF | Public Opinion | Semiotics Indeed is just a glorified parasite of a website and most of the jobs you find on there are false doors. indeed works by scraping hundreds or thousands of other websites for real job postings, and recreates the information as a new job in its own format. an overwhelming majority of jobs posted here are clones. applying to these cloned jobs does absolutely nothing. nobody receives your. Hey y’all! any suggestions for job sites? indeed is getting exhausting and without hearing much of anything back. just curious if there is a better avenue to search for jobs.

I’ve seen so many complaints about it. i made an indeed account over a year ago, but have hardly used it since then as i will instead use linkedin or just go directly to company websites to find jobs. i hear about certain convenient features about indeed, like being able to essentially “mass apply” to a number among roles at a time. Almost every job i’ve gotten has been through indeed actually, i’ve also used facebook jobs and applying on company websites or asking in person. There's one job i'm looking at with about 4 listing on indeed. i was originally going to apply on indeed then noticed one of the other listings had an option to directly apply on the company's website. however, it's a little strange because the requirements on the company website are different (apparently they require french ?) and it also seems very antiquated. i'm planning on applying on. Indeed has a lot more sketchy job postings that ive noticed. or are ghost job listings. anything labeled as a sales representative is most likely for a life insurance company where u work on commission only and you might see anywhere from 60k to 200k a year. but it requires cold calling and playing telemarketer at the end of the day.
