Each year ieee sa invites colleagues from national and regional standards bodies and affiliated government ministries to join its standards fellowship program. to date, we have welcomed over 77 professionals from 43 organizations in 37 countries.

First, each ieee society council's fellow evaluating committee (s c fec) (and their cohort fec, if applicable) will assess the nominee’s technical qualifications and contributions. then, the ieee fellow committee (which is composed of 52 members, who are all ieee fellows representing all 10 ieee regions and 47 ieee societies councils).
