Hello, i been trying to fix this bug for multiple days where when trying to use element 3d my 3d text would just bug out and start flashing the 2d text white and in general bug out.

I got to the part that i have a 3d layer with the text style that i want but when trying to keyframe things like scale, character tracking and others, element3d won't respect such animations but when not keyframed, i can see the 3d text adapt to said changes. I had the same issue, but i solved it by restarting it. i reckon my problem was because i installed my font while after effects was open, and it worked fine after i restarted it. The first problem was with using element 3d v2 fonts. i am making an intro for a project and i need multiple texts with different fonts and effects and a few 3d objects.
