Map Thread XIII | Alternatehistory.com Well i'd like to post a map on the first page, but i already posted my car laws map on the other one. With my historica project now over 1000 posts in length, i decided it would be an appropriate time to create a thread for stuff related to it. this thread is dedicated to showcasing maps (not the ones from the game, more like actual in universe maps), photos, and graphics from the historica map.

It ended up becoming more of a bog standard fallout 1 era map, but i'm pretty happy with how it came out. one thing i'm not entirely happy with is how the topography came out. if anyone has any recommendations to spruce this up going forward, let me know. For which motf is this? this map is for the current, ongoing, motf (that is, motf 111). in addition to an early establishment of a portuguese colony in the cape, there is a far earlier discovery of gold at the witwatersrand basin (which prompts a gold rush of sorts). It's always possible to leave where, when, and whether to post a map to the map's creator and i think doing so is a matter of basic respect. i'll leave the decision about whether or not to do this to those that feel inclined to re post others' maps.
