Passat B5.5 1.9 Tdi Avb Dijelovi Mehanike How do i check the n75 valve to make sure it's the problem component instead of some other component causing bad signal. also, would a speed sensor cause this problem?. Upon further investigation i found the n75 valve wasn’t producing enough vacuum to lift the actuator arm .more.

Passat B5.5 1.9 Tdi Avb Dijelovi Mehanike Can you assist in interpreting these results what does this mean about the n75 and possibly about the turbo actuator? any advice from these result to find a solution to my problem?. I might consider running a manual boost controller in parallel with the n75 to limit boost to 15 psi in the future. i feel like i need the vag engineer who made this valve to explain what all the different revision valves were for, and what could be failing in these. So recently i've had under boost on the highway, threw a code (p1556 charge pressure control: negative deviation) i did my research on the code and found out it's probably the n75 valve because the turbo and actuator still works good. Today on project tdi #maxemissions we replace the n75 valve as well as our vacuum hoses.

Today on project tdi #maxemissions we replace the n75 valve as well as our vacuum hoses. Have been looking for boost problem and looks like i manged to find the problem and it appeared to be that little one way check valve on the main vac hose to n75 solenoid. A valve inside the n75 is triggered by an electrical signal from the ecu. when the valve is in one position, boost pressure from the intake manifold is used to mechanically open the wastegate, in the other position vacuum from the intake is used to close the wastegate. Use the diagram below to test the n75 solenoid valve in the event of a turbocharger fault code such as p0299 or p0234. this applies to mechanical injection style diesel engines, pumpe duse style diesel engines and the new common rail style diesel engines. Unfortunately, the air from the clean side of the air filter is not clean enough, and the very fine dust builds up inside the n75 valve. this finally causes sticking or bad sealing.
