Microsoft Power Automate I use power automate to collect responses from a form and send emails based on the responses. the main objective is to automate decision making using python to approve or reject the form. i am awar. Power bi's lack of admin and monitoring tooling is by far its biggest shortcoming especially surrounding refresh management. the sooner you realize you will not get out of it what you want and just accept that you're going to have to roll your own, the sooner you'll get what you need.

In power automate, within the power bi connector, you'll find the "run a query against a dataset" action. take note: this can only return one table at a time with max of 1,000 rows. The power operator has the same semantics as the built in pow() function, when called with two arguments: it yields its left argument raised to the power of its right argument. this means that, in python: 2**2**3 is evaluated as 2**(2**3) = 2**8 = 256. in mathematics, stacked exponents are applied from the top down.

On the power bi desktop menu, select the format menu under visual tools, and then select edit interactions. you need to have the slicer selected. only then you see the according filter on/off symbols next to the visuals. when the visuals are close to each other it's sometimes hard to tell which filter switch belongs to which visual. try pulling them temporarily apart.
