Resources For Prospective Transfer Students Unc Advising Cityu accepts up to 65 transfer credits from accredited or recognized colleges, universities and other institutions toward associate degree requirements. of these 65 credits, up to 20 may be awarded through prior learning assessment portfolios. Students who have completed graduate coursework at other recognized institutions may transfer up to 25% percent of the total required degree or certificate credits, not to exceed a maximum of 12 quarter credits. all transfer credits must reflect grades of 3.0 (b) or better.
