For those who lost a loved one who served in the armed forces, taps offers many resources, in addition to your military survivor benefits, like counseling services, advocacy and education assistance.
Taps Osg India Taps provides comfort, care and resources to all those grieving the death of a military loved one. Since 1994, taps has provided comfort and hope 24 7 through a national peer support network and connection to grief resources, all at no cost to surviving families and loved ones. taps provides a variety of programs to survivors nationally and worldwide. Every taps program is designed to help you feel companioned as you grieve, supported as you rebuild and united with other survivors as we choose to hope. we gather at seminars or online for practical advice, sharing groups and to connect with others like us. Taps has supported tens of thousands of military suicide loss survivors by offering hope and connection. if you’ve lost a family member, loved one, colleague, friend, or battle buddy to suicide (either during or after their service) you have found a safe place with us.
