One of the first to empirically examine the linkage between the digital divide and covid 19 outcomes, this study employs temporal analysis and spatial econometrics to provide robust evidence on how digital exclusion is related to disparities in health outcomes in the covid 19 pandemic.

This study aims to discover teachers' perceptions of the first and second level digital divide (rq1 and rq2), referring to accessing technology resources and digital skills to use technology effectively, respectively, and online teaching (rq3) during covid 19.
