I was trying to explain to dbr that the vbtlx bond mutual fund isn't eligible for the sister class share exchange from admiral to etf at vanguard, but other funds are eligible for that exchange to etf. regards, right. i am just adding to it that it is likely to be a merciful replacement despite the lack of the conversion.
